We accept the following forms of payment for all purchases:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Paypal, Amazon Pay 


As all items are handmade each day as orders come in any cancellation requests MUST be made as soon as possible, preferably within 10 hours of order placement. If an order has been fulfilled and shipped out, it will not be refunded until the item is returned to us. 


All shipping is done through the United States Postal Service. All items are shipped between 1-2 business days (excluding federal holidays). 

Refunds + Exchanges

In order to receive a refund, you must pay return shipping and send the item back to Luke+Ellies. Once the item is received, a refund will be processed. 

Exchanges can be made in cases where the wrong size has been ordered. Buyer must pay return shipping and when the item is received by us, the correct size will be sent to you after payment is returned or accepted (depending on whether the new item costs more or less than the originally ordered piece).
